Samah
      (1) “This  is the container I like the best because it is not too big, and I like the divided lid and it is used for a spoon and granola”
      (2)  “This container is kind of boring, it dose not have anything special. It is basically like many regular yogurt containers”
      (3) “The size is too big, but I like the idea of the divided container that can have granola and yogurt. I also like the space for the spoon on the lid”

Shima’a
      (1) “The whole design looks nice. I do not like that the lid is attached to the container. It will be better to have a spoon with the lid without granola”
      (2) “I like the idea of the lid. I think adding a spoon attached to the lid will be a good idea”
      (3) “This is my favorite container. It has a lid, a spoon, and space for granola insider the container”

Misk’s mother
      (1) “I do not think this is a good design for kids. It will be hard for them to eat the yogurt with the attached lid. The spoon will be very small for kids and properly they will get their fingers covered with yogurt”
      (2) “Although this is a very basic container, it might be good for children. You can add a spoon to make it better”
      (3) “A new design for yogurt container. I like it! I think kids will like it too”

IDEO Deep Dive Video

This video is basically about the teamwork, and the process of a good design. The team started with a clear mission they agreed on. First, they started with observation. They used videos and listened to the stakeholders for a better knowing of the product. They generated the lists of questions to ask in their observations as a team, and did their research in pairs or more. The teamwork is based on sharing. So, they took a long time to share the information they found. They cared about sharing and learning from each other. Brainstorm ideas and the use of printed photos helped to share the context of observations. They used a lot of visuals and sketches in their ideas. They kept the energy level high, and the teamwork end up very well. While each of the points I mentioned seem obvious and simple to do, but they are actually really important to work together effectively.
